Refund policy
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee purchases.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is another issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at julian [at] lightyearcoffee [dot] com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will work quickly to make it right.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
In cases where an item arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us promptly if there are any problems.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.
