Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and other factors outside our control.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. Lightyear Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, Lightyear Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In these cases, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If a package appears to be lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at julian [at] lightyearcoffee [dot] com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
